All classes are taught in English, and teachers are trained in strategies to support English Language Learners with language acquisition. 

Champions serves as our official Before and After School Program provider.  We also offer a variety of paid after-school enrichment opportunities with GCS Soccer and POWR Karate.

Students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of clubs such as Chess, News Crew, Safety Patrol, Chorus, Ukulele, Battle of the Books, and Math Olympics. Additionally, we are proud to recognize outstanding students through induction into the National Elementary Honor Society.

We take great pride in our strong ADDitions volunteer program, which offers numerous ways for families to get involved at Hamlin Elementary.  We warmly invite families to participate in our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), School Advisory Council (SAC), and Multilingual Parent Leadership Council (MPLC).
